Shipping Policy
Effective from: 1st July 2025

At Gulp Creations Limited, we aim to dispatch your order as swiftly and securely as possible. Please read the following carefully to understand how shipping works for your personalised products.


Processing Times

  • Personalised items: As each product is made to order, please allow 2–3 business days for processing before dispatch. This includes the time needed to prepare artwork, print, and package your order.

  • If your order includes a custom image or photo, we will send a proof via email for approval. If no response is received within 24 hours, we will proceed with production using the proof as provided.


Delivery Times & Costs

Shipping times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.

  • Final delivery costs and estimated timescales are shown at checkout.

  • All delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays due to seasonal demand, customs, or postal service disruptions are outside our control.


Customs & Import Duties (EU Orders)

If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union, you are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes or import fees that may apply. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available). If you do not receive this within a few days of expected dispatch, please contact us at hello@gulpfactory.co.uk.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We cannot be held responsible for delays or losses resulting from:

  • Misspelled or incorrect addresses

  • Missing apartment or house numbers

  • Inaccessible delivery points

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you may be asked to pay a redelivery fee.


Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your parcel hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window:

  1. Check the tracking link (if provided)

  2. Verify with neighbours or your local delivery office

  3. Contact us after 10 working days (UK) or 20 working days (EU)

We will investigate and assist with claims through the courier if the parcel is deemed lost.


Busy Periods & Sale Events

Please note that during peak periods (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), both production and delivery times may be extended. We recommend ordering early to avoid disappointment.
